My name is Dan Crandall.
I formed Fiscus LLC in 2006 to provide my clients with a treasury of expertise and professional
contacts to address their most serious international challenges. As an
internationally recognized
former consulting partner with over 20 years of international experience at Deloitte and IBM/PWC, I provide executive operational,
financial and technical leadership to support direct investment, private equity and transformation
opportunities. As a Chartered Financial

and Certified Project Management
Professional (PMP)
I have extensive in-country experience with the US, Russia, China, Southeast Asia
and the Middle East.
The Fiscus approach to consulting provides

associates who like myself, combine
extensive experience with the maturity and discretion to enagage at C-level to navigate diverse
cultures and business climates to create successful
outcomes.
My associates and I have served private equity funds, corporations, start-up ventures and
governments primarily in the financial, manufacturing, energy and agricultural spaces -
but our involvement tends to be distinguished less by the industries we serve than by other
characteristics.
They call upon us where the levels of ambiguity and risk do not readily lend themselves to being
addressed by the more common "replicable solutions" offerred by the major consulting firms.
We are seasoned, execution-oriented professionals who are prepared to work on the ground, under
adverse conditions if necessary, with an appreciation for the fact that under these circumstances
the successful approach and solution are not likely to come off the shelf.
This site provides you with a representative sample of the types of
challenges that I have addressed, with the understanding that any such collection
cannot possibly reflect the full range of capabilities offered by my associates,
and humbled by the knowledge that your specific challenges are likely to be dramatically
different. I led some of these initiatives as an independent contractor. In others I had
the privelege of working as a part of one of the major consulting firms.
